The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Furnished cottage with river view windows and a walk around deck. Open floor plan with king size bed and choice of either the full-size sleeper sofa or comfy twin mattress bed . Enjoy relaxing and watch the river flow by from the swivel rocker recliner. Newly installed AC/Heating unit. Wall mounted swivel TV for easy viewing 200 channel Dish TV. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. The cottage is fully furnished, mini frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishware, bed and bath linens & basic cooking condiments.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Spring Creek Getaway

Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!!
