It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Fidan Hanım çok yardımsever, çok anlayışlı, çok kibar bir ev sahibiydi. Hem geliş uçak saatimiz hem de dönüş uçal saatimiz geceydi. sabah 6:00 da evin anahtatını bize verebilmek için gece yollara düşmüş. Çok sağolsun erken giriş için bize yardımcı oldu. Araba park yeri dolu olduğu için alternatif park yerine kadar kendi arabası ile eşlik edip yol gösterdi. Eve giriş - çıkış ve ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Ev oldukça geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Bazı ufak tefek aksilikler yaşadık ama tekrarlanacak şeyler olmadığını düşünüyorum. Fidan Hanıma bahsettiğimde, kendisi de şaşırdı ve defalarca özür diledi. Ama anlık bir sorun olduğunu düşündüğüm için sorun etmedim. ayrıca dönüş uçağımızda gece olduğu için evden çıkış saatimizi de sorun etmedi, gece oldukça geç saatte evi boşaltmamıza anlayış gösterdi. Ev merkezi konumdaydı. Biz araba ile ulaşım sağladığımız için toplu ulaşım açısından yorum yapamam ama araba ile ulaşmak çok rahat ve kolaydı. kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir ev ve ev sahibiydi. teşekkürler.

I booked and stayed at Asif's apartment, and it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean, perfectly located, and equipped with all essential amenities. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, finding the apartment ideally suited to our needs. The location was perfect. Additionally, Asif was always reachable and extremely helpful, making our stay even more seamless. I now know exactly where to stay for my next visit and highly recommend Asif's apartment to others.

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
