Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

the moment I arrived he made sure to give me instructions very detailed and welcomed me warmly and everything was as described and everytime I annoy him with questions he quickly respond which is very very good manners , I highly recommend his place especially with that price

Konumu çok güzel olan tarihi bir bina. Geniş bir terasa sahip. Evde kahve, su, yemek yapabilmeniz için gereken malzemeler var. Galata kulesine 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin hemen altında bir market var. Merdivenler biraz fazla ve asansör yok fakat bizim için problem değildi. Çocukla seyahat ettim ve güzel zaman geçirdik. Temiz ve rahattı.

We had a great time at Deniz’s place. Its look and feel were exactly how we expected - roomy, artsy, and homey. We had a very smooth check in despite later arrival. We received a warm welcome from the hostess Derya who was there to give us the keys and show us around. We received many local recommendations from her, and both Derya and Deniz were very responsive to our questions. The location of the place is perfect for a nice stroll in picturesque Cihangir. The neighborhood is lively, but our street was very quiet with excellent coffee shops just next door. A special heartfelt thank you to Derya who went above and beyond in communication with helping us with a lost item in an Uber on the way to the airport. Due to her efforts and fast proactive action, the item was delivered to her as she further facilitated its delivery overseas. With enormous gratitude we recommend these hosts and their place to anyone looking for comfort and good care in Istanbul.

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Harika bir deneyimdi. Biz yoldan gelip sadece yatacak yer için düşünmüştük. 7 kişinin rahatça konaklayabileceği ve hoşça vakit geçirebileceği bir yer. Konumu da kolaydı. Şöminesi için ev sahibi özellikle odun getirtmiş. Bahçede mangal imkanı da var, denizi gören odası da. En önemlisi ev çok temizdi.

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.
