Place was nice and comfortable quiet area and close to restaurant, Tamara and Greg were nice and welcoming definitely staying there again

Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

Good place to stay and comfortable beds. The washer and dryer was very convenient and it’s my second time staying here. Will definitely book again!

Ici il y a clairement le soucis du détails avec un très bon goût prononcer pour la décoration ! Ça va du pliage de serviette de bain à la couverture jeter sur le lit de façon impeccable!!! La rue était tranquille ! Il y a des machine à laver à disposition, un plan clair sur le lieu et une hôte très réactive qui a le soucis de notre bien être ! Il va me manquer ce rbnb ! Si tous pouvais être comme cela ce serait merveilleux Merci !🤩

The house is beautiful. Great for a family visit. The pool, play area and backyard was a great to relax in. House was perfect for our family, from the little kids to the big! We will be returning when the weather is hot to slide down the slide into the pool!

We stayed here with 2 other couples for a weekend of college baseball . Location is less than a mile of CSUB. Condo was very comfortable for the 6 of us, very clean and spacious , very satisfied with our stay .

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

This trip to Jay & Joy's home was for pleasure. Relaxing out back on the patio enjoying the magnificent view of the water. This hime just feels like home when you there. My wife and I really enjoy the peace and quite of the location. We will be booking this house again on our next visit to Bakersfield. Beautiful home. Very spacious with fully loaded kitchen. Friendly and responsive host. We got in town a couple hours before check in and host was nice to accommodate us and let us in the home early. Definitely saving under my favorites so I could stay here again on my next trip.

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.
