Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

We loved our stay at Nader’s place! A wonderful sanctuary after a long drive from Oregon. The house was in a sweet, walkable neighborhood near a park. Well designed, comfortable updated furnishings, great beds, super clean, and lovely yard for our dog (and us to enjoy)!

Our large group had a great stay at Jonathan's home. The house was large enough for our party of 17, and the outdoor pool, bar, and grill area were the highlight of our weekend. I'd recommend it as a great team bonding location with plenty of space!

We were working in the Bakersfield area. This was a great place to stay. Had everything that we needed and very convenient.

We ended up taking 4 extra people than the limit and Jenny made it really easy for us and provided us with more air mattresses. She didn’t make it feel like we were a hassle. Really did not get in our way of allowing us to rent her home.

I cannot recommend Laura’s Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Laura is a genuinely kind host who truly cares about her guests. Her communication is excellent, and she’s always quick to follow up if there’s an issue. For example, when my car unfortunately leaked oil onto the driveway, Laura handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness, ensuring everything was resolved without any stress. The space itself is immaculate—spotless, fully stocked with high-quality amenities, and exactly as described in the Airbnb listing. The price is beyond reasonable for what you get, and it’s worth every penny. The location is supreme! Whether you’re on foot or driving, everything you need is within easy reach. It’s also kid-friendly, with parks and a golf course nearby, and dog-friendly, which was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is super quiet and feels incredibly safe—I’ve enjoyed peaceful night strolls and even found the neighbors to be kind.

Very responsive and friendly

The house was super clean (except for the windows) and pretty. We kept the curtains closed because of that. the location for us was fine, because we needed to rest and shops where near. Great house on the inside with good beds and nice shower options. We slept really well and are on our way of our travel schedule again. Good place to have a test stop.

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.
