Very nice place, the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very nice.

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

Great place to stay with the family!

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

Stayed for 5 nights, and it was lovely. The house is very clean and comfortable. Super easy to find the house and check in. Loved having the 2 living rooms. The outdoor space was fantastic. Perfect place to have a cookout and relax. All the furnishings were very comfy and the kitchen was probably the best stocked of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. Look forward to coming back next year.

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

Mr Jose was very very sweet. He even came over to make sure that I had a clear understanding of the backyard. Only because there's another place in backyard. Yet, the backyard is accessible to everyone. I have stayed in Jacksonville FL at another AirB&B. It was so bad that I didn't leave a review and had to call AirB&B. I was so thankful that I was able to be somewhere that was like home. It is Truly what Mr Jose named it. The Blessing Home!!! 🙌🏾

Great property for us while attending an event at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. Directions were easy. The weather was cold and we weren't she how to switch to the furnace and they answered our question within a few minutes. Very clean and private rental.
