The house and the view were absolutely immaculate—honestly, words don’t do it justice. It was luxurious, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond. I was personally greeted at check-in with all the details I needed, plus the warmest welcome: a bottle of champagne, a beautiful charcuterie board, and a bottle of local rum to kick off the celebration. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel special. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax in style with unbeatable views and top-notch hospitality. Nous adorons le quartier de baie Nettlé. Nous sommes près de tout. La maison de Véronique est bien aménagée et disponible de plusieurs belles et intimes terrasses extérieures. La vue est magnifique.

The pictures on the listing do not do justice on how beautiful the view you have from the balcony is. One day I even changed my plans to go to the beach to read cause I saw no point. The balcony has the best setup for a nice relaxing reading session on a sunny day with a cozy pouf like seat. On top of that, the host is kind and caring and made me feel at home. She even pointed out when I was about to go biking under the hot Sun to bring some water, which I thought I was, but indeed was forgetting. Thank you for making my stay in Sint Maarten a really great one!

This stay was amazing, the views from the bedroom & balcony are nice! A very short work over to mullet beach! Everyone was so nice and helpful & Jeff responded quickly whenever I needed anything. Peaceful, I enjoyed my birthday at this condo!

sehr ruhige, grosse Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer), im Obergeschoss mit grosser Terrasse, geräumiges Wohn-Ess-Zimmer, etwas abgelegen, aber in Fussdistanz zum nächsten Restaurant und Laden, gut betreut vom Wohnungs–Inhaber im selben Haus, günstige Automiete, für die Abreise Transport zur Fähre

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like a beach front condo. Perfect location, amazing space. We had a hiccup at the beginning and it was fixed immediately. They responded right away to any of my questions. Would definitely recommend.
