We were greeted by David and Penelope upon arrival with a warm welcome. We stayed on the ground level in the 2 bedroom suite with our own kitchenette however we received two wonderful meals per day with request. Our hosts were wonderful, informative, and accommodating arranging for a monkey tour through the Mangroves by boat and informed us of the tortuga release just down the beach from where we were staying so we could take the easy 5 minute walk to watch the release. Oh, speaking of the beach, it was amazing to have such an amazing expanse to walk wash day. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay with David and Penelope. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

I was looking for an escape into the mountains and didn't have a lot of time (or preparation) for major hiking. Mirador Valle del General offered nature trails and that beautiful view of the valley which was just what I needed for peaceful contemplation - not to mention the restaurant offers a lovely menu and lots of hummingbirds come visit while you're sitting enjoying the view. This was just what I needed for a night away from the coast.

My family and I’s stay at this Finca was excellent. Lia was overly accommodating and had a solution for all problems that arose between booking and arrival to sierpe. Ruth and Raquel prepared great meals for us and accommodated our “decide as we go” itinerary very well. Luis is a gem! He shared a lot of insight about the location, surroundings, wildlife, and history with my Spanish speaking husband. Luis was always patient & knowledgeable. The excursions were AMAZING! Better than anything we could’ve paid for with a tour guide. Our stay at this property gave an authentic Costa Rican feel. It allowed us to truly experience the culture, and that is vital for my family and I when we travel. Arriving to, & departing from the finca on the boat with Luis, was the cherry on top. We didn’t require a rental car until after our stay at the finca, to explore other parts of the country. Everything we needed was provided.

Ubicación excelente para ir al Parque Manuel Antonio, queda cerca de todo. El personal nos trató muy bien.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt im Casa Colibri sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre und vor allem auch eine tolle Terrasse, von der aus man nachts die Glühwürmchen sehen kann. Tagsüber natürlich viele Vögel! Im Nahen Fluss kann man sogar schwimmen und in der Umgebung tolle Ausflüge machen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Katja und Christian

This place is a great find and an amazing location for the park, we loved seeing the wildlife in the garden and relaxing by the pool too. The staff were really friendly and helpful with parking and the bags. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Overall, this was great value and I would recommend.

Super agradecidos. El hospedaje queda en un lugar muy tranquilo, además de cumplir con nuestras expectativas, muy limpio y ordenado; nos sentimos como en casa. Muchas gracias por las atenciones brindadas. El desayuno del bar estuvo increíble.

We only stayed 2 nights, wish we could’ve stayed longer, manuel antonio is extremely beautiful and this airbnb makes a great space to stay at, good A/C, equipped kitchen area and the room was very cozy and comfortable, would love to go back

Der Aufenthalt bei Casita and Tours Happy Feet hat die Erwartungen voll erfüllt und punktet mit einem Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Javier und Vanesa sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben für jedes Problem und jede Frage kurzfristig eine Lösung. Die Unterkunft ist es etwa schwierig zu finden, jedoch sind alle Dorfbewohner sehr hilfsbereit und helfen gerne. Wenige Meter von der Unterkunft ist das beste Restaurant in Drake Bay zu finden.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Calle Jardin de Los Monos. Beau, paisible, accueillant, confortable TOUT y est! Teddy est tout simplement SPECTACULAIRE avenant et TRÈS serviable. Lettika est une personne de coeur et très attentionnée, ça se voit par tous les petits détails de la présentation au déjeuner, à la disponibilité des boissons, à la station de thé/café, à la déco. Dama qui s'occupe du déjeuner est magnifique d'ailleurs 3 choix vous seront offerts avec eau, jus, café et smoothie. La plage est MAGNIFIQUE, Vous pourrez y marcher des heures et est à seulement 2min à pied. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de voir sur place 2 Paresseux dont une avec son bébé, des Singes Capucins et des perroquets. Un EXCELLENT resto à proximité, le SUPPER CLUB (environ 42000 colones pour 2, entrée Repas boissons) la viande est cuit à la perfection sur charbon de bois. vous y retrouverai poisson pâtes et viande Je n'ai que de bon mots pour ce magnifique Rbnb je vous le recommande x1000

The place is amazing, is a resort next to the beach with a private road to it. The staff is GREAT, the common areas are awesome, and is relatively close to the things you can do in Manuel Antonio, I would say that if you are looking for a nature retreat PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL, is surrounded by beautiful fauna and the views are just great. Only thing is that the host doesn't respond or give indications to get to the place I guided myself thanks to a comment that said the name "Shana by the beach" you can just google it and the gps will take you there.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent—super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The place was just as pictured: clean and comfortable. There’s free street parking right out front, which was a nice bonus, though spots can be limited at times. Overall, a really smooth and enjoyable experience!

Lettika’s and Gijs’s B&B is a small piece of paradise. Beautifully landscaped, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. Two minute walk from the beach and they provide you with a hammock or beach matt. We saw two sloths and a white faced monkey came to visit in the garden. Swimming pool is a big plus! Lettika and her staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots to see and do in a vicinity of an hour. Highly recommend if you want to get away from daily stress/routine!

My husband & I truly enjoyed this bed & breakfast! Breakfast was included every morning which helped save us time in the mornings (shout out to Teddy, Dama, & Lettika for taking great care of us during breakfast each morning), the hammock by our room had a wonderful view of the jungle and wildlife, the pool was very beautiful & relaxing, and the beach was only a short walk away. There was great signage to get to the bed & breakfast from the road to ensure we found the property, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The room itself had a very large bathroom & shower, and the AC was very much appreciated with the heat & humidity along the Pacific Coast. Altogether, the property is super beautiful and very private. We definitely recommend staying here!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Adriana non c'era ma ci ha accolto la figlia Karin, molto gentile e simpatica. Il giorno seguente al nostro arrivo, sapevano che tornavamo da un tour in barca, pioveva fortissimo e ci hanno scritto subito se avevamo bisogno di un passaggio in macchina dal molo all'Hotel, cosí da non bagnarci. Molto attenti, gentili e pronti a farti stare bene. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto! Camera come da descrizione e molto pulita. Ci hanno fatto usare pure la loro cucina ed il loro frigorifero. Grazie, pura vida

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war gut, sodass wir und auch unser 8-Monate altes Baby gut schlafen konnten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice kam jeden Morgen und hat wieder alles sauber gemacht und auch neue Handtücher, usw. gebracht. Das Frühstück war inkl. und war top. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind kostenlos. Der Strand ist sehr schön, man kann gut baden gehen. Bei uns war es sehr wellig was mir persönlich mega gut gefallen hat 😀. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut, man kann nach dem Strand sich erstmal abduschen, sodass man kein Sand im Auto hat (Strandhandtücher hat man auch jeden Tag neu bekommen). Zum Nationalpark sind wir gelaufen und Restaurants hat es auch genug in der Nähe. Alles in allem ist der Preis absolut fair bei dem was geboten wird. Von daher klare Empfehlung von uns, wir würden wieder kommen.

This is my second time and my partner's third time staying at Kirani's place. We absolutely love it there! Both Kirani and Fernando are amazing people! The place is basic but has everything that's needed. The view is breath taking and you feel like you become part of nature! There is no air-conditioning, so if you suffer from the heat this isn't the best place for you. But there sre fans and a very nice hammock where you can enjoy the breeze. It's also pretty far from downtown so better if you have a car, but you can take a taxi to town whenever you need to for $20US. All in all a pretty magical place!

Stephanny was really friendly she does the best scramble eggs in town with onions and mix tomatoes...Her staff too are really nice..Especially Jessica house keeper a nice smile and a joy of life . totally recomended..pool was a plus in this heat..15 minutes walk to sierpe downtown....🙂

We had a Great tour to San pedrillo, a nightwalking tour with Fernando to the „House-Jungle“, Went to see dolphins, head dinner and chats with Fernando, saw monkeys, tucans, kolibris and so much More.. we will try to come back for sure to this paradise! Mucha suerte con todo 😘

highly recommend this room! we stayed in a different one for a couple days and this was our favorite! the monkeys are right by the screened in porch. perfect for our family of 4!
