Bel appartement vaste et très bien équipé. Situé tout en haut de SPELLO, il peut être atteint depuis un parking proche en contrebas où l’on trouve généralement une place (en avril). Anciennes caves, le local est creusé dans la roche et n’est éclairé que par de toutes petites lucarnes. Il est donc sombre et la lumière électrique est indispensable à toute heure de la journée. Mais en contrepartie il reste toujours frais. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue appréciable. Corrado, en charge de l’appartement, que nous avons sollicité à plusieurs reprises est d’une gentillesse et d’une patience à toute épreuve. Très efficace, il est aussi doté d’un solide sens de l’humour et de très bon conseil. Merci à lui pour avoir contribué à rendre le séjour parfait !

Simone was a lovely host! He made arrangements for a taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at his apartment. He was very responsive and friendly. The location can't be beat! It's in the heart of Assisi, yet it is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the private courtyard. Cafe del Vescovado is steps from the apartment and is a must for a morning cappuccino. Saint Maria Maggiore is also across the way from Cafe del Vescovado. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! 아시시역에서 아시시까지 버스나 택시를 이용해야 갈 수 있는데 여행할때 무거운 짐이 있는 상황이 대부분인데 다니엘라가 친절하게도 자가용으로 역 앞까지 마중나와줬습니다. 항상 여행자의 펀의를 먼저 고려해줘서 너무 좋앗습니다. 숙소는 사진보다 넓고 아시시의 메력을 잘 담겨있습니다. 추가로 다니엘라의 선물인 지역와인 한병이 있는데 먹어보진 못햇지만 자체로 너무 감동이였습니다. 최고의 숙소 입니다

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Super logement. Hôte très réactif et professionnel. Logement propre et belle terrasse. Arrivée en autonomie. Places gratuites autour du logement.

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Aure und Max haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das wunderschöne Grundstück lädt durch die alten Olivenbäume zum entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir den von Aure und Max angelegten Gemüsegarten mit nutzen durften. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft ist so aufgeteilt, dass wir die eine Hälfte des Gartens alleine und privat nutzen durften. Die Innenausstattung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Fußläufig ist der Campingplatz in der Nachbarschaft zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand und Seezugang. Mit dem Auto ist alles andere sehr gut erreichbar. Aure hat uns als Reiseführerin sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben und in der Unterkunft waren zusätzlich einige interessante Bücher über Rom und die Gegend Bracciano zu finden. Der Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Wasserversorgung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine entspannte und tolle Zeit bei Aure und Max. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

Un posto davvero fantastico! L’appartamento è spazioso, completamente attrezzato e con ingresso indipendente, il che garantisce piena libertà e privacy. Tutto è esattamente come nelle foto – forse anche meglio! Il proprietario, Francesco, è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto comunicativo – è stato un vero piacere avere a che fare con lui. Un grande punto a favore sono anche le colazioni italiane incluse nel prezzo, servite in un bar tipico molto accogliente e autentico. Consigliatissimo!

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Posizione dell’abitazione in zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio esterno a circa 5 metri dall’ingresso. La villa, di testa, è circondata da giardino su due lati e da un bellissimo porticato dove poter godere ampi e tranquilli spazi arredati con mobili da giardino e alberi di limoni. L’interno è arredato in maniera essenziale ma con gusto. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dispone di tutti i comfort. L’host è stato sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza per tutto il periodo di soggiorno nella casa. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Appartamento grazioso e confortevole situato in ottima posizione, vicino la Piazza del Mercato. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: caffè, acqua, stuzzichini, utensili da cucina. Laura ci ha accolti di persona al nostro arrivo (il che non è da tutti) e ci ha indicato passo passo tramite un video dove parcheggiare e come arrivare all'appartamento in modo semplice e veloce.

Laura e Alberto sono due persone estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolto benissimo preparandoci pane e marmellata fatti in casa. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo hanno preparato una pasta tipica toscana che ci hanno gentilmente offerto. Sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare. Anche Amelie è stata una parte fondamentale del nostro soggiorno🐶 Consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi e visitare una parte della Toscana.

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Nadia hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass im Kühlschrank zwei Flaschen Wasser standen und auch etwas Knabberzeug bereitstanden. Auch ausreichend Kaffee waren vorhanden. Sie hat mir alles in der Unterkunft gezeigt und erklärt. Für meinen Sohn hat sie zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereit gelegt. Es war alles sehr sauber und frisch. Ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse war mit bequemen Liegen und einem großen Tisch mit vielen Stühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben dort sehr gerne gegessen und Kaffee getrunken. Der Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer waren außergewöhnlich. Direkt vor der Unterkunft konnte ich das Auto abstellen. Alles in allem eine schön eingerichtete und neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in die ich gerne wieder komme.
