It is in a cul-de sac, within the Embassy enclave close to the Spanish, Swiss and French and Russian Embassies. Restored to its former glory, the house is charming, with elegant simplicity. The historic heritage listed house boasts raising Sarah Gordon Brown (Ex British PM wife), who grew up there. It is secured, well lit, squeaky clean, and peaceful.

Welcome to our villa located in Kunduchi Beach area. The villa has three bedrooms with a private bathroom for each bedroom. Our place is homely with a walking distance to the beach and Kunduchi Beach Hotel and water park It is a calm area and a small compound which has a very nice garden. Its safe with alarm system and electrical fence installed. Electricity is not included in the rent, should be paid by the tenant. If you book for one month or more you will get 10 % discount.
