KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

A hídon átsétálva már el is érjük Szeged hangulatos belvárosát. Lokációja révén minden pár perc séta. A Tisza folyó közelsége miatt, a Lapos Beach és a Partfürdő, 200 méterre található. A Napfényfürdő Aquapolis szintén a szomszédban helyezkedik el. Az Újszegedi Liget 100 méter. Tömegközlekedés ( busz, troli) pár lépés.

Családoknak is ideális A falu szélén található vendégház egy hatalmas udvaron helyezkedik el.Az udvarban az óriási fák alatt saját horgásztó,szabadtéri tűzrakóhely, nagy füves területek és egy hangulatos söröző található. Az szálláshely 10 fő elhelyezésére alkalmas. A felső szinten 3 db két ágyas szoba található, mindegyikhez saját tusoló és wc tartozik. A földszinten a közös konyha és a nappali kapott helyet. Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.

Overdag lekker aktief bezig zijn en dan ontspannen in het comfortabel houten Vissershuisje.
