Alojamiento exelente, todas las habitaciones con AA. Cafetera, hornos , tv, internet , estufas, utensilios de cocina, baños ,toallas, camas et., etc ,etc. Todo excelente. Comunicacion con todos excelente. Limpieza excelente. Muy satisfecho. Calidad y precio excelente. Muchas gracias. Seguramente volveria.

Nous avons adoré séjourné dans ce logement qui a été notre préféré de tous ceux dans lesquels nous avons pu séjourner pendant notre voyage au Yucatan. La résidence est magnifique! Sobre et élégante, pleine de végétaux, j’ai passé des heures à admirer la vue depuis la piscine. Nous avons tout fait a pied, à deux pas du centre, des restaurants, et nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité. Bacalar est une merveille et c’est avec beaucoup de regrets que nous avons dû partir, nous aurions aimé y rester bien plus longtemps. Nous vous recommandons chaudement ce logement très confortable et très bien décoré. On s’y sent bien immédiatement. Notre hôte a été adorable, très réactif quand notre fils a bloqué la porte. Encore un immense merci!

Todo lo que corresponde al lugar muy agradable, el único inconveniente fueron los huéspedes que tenía rentando al lado de la piscina, es gente muy intolerante con los niños y eran groseros cada vez que mis niñas iban a la piscina les molestaba hacían malas caras y azotaban las ventanas.

En general todo excelente, las instalaciones son las de la foto, está completamente equipada, cocina completa, frigobar, caja fuerte, toallas, muy bonito departamento, piscina en la parte de afuera por si quieres hacer algo más casero sin salir. El departamento es nuevo. No hay estacionamiento, pero siempre encontramos lugar en la calle de enfrente para aparcar y eso que fuimos en fin de semana fuerte. La cama super cómoda y la zona muy silenciosa. Siempre vi que les dieran mantenimiento a las áreas comunes como la limpieza de los pasillos y piscina. El internet algo lento y poca señal, cumple, pero si eres exigente o requieres trabajar en juntas y video llamada puede quedar corto. El único pero real es que el departamento está conectado a otro por una puerta que evidentemente está cerrada, nos tocó vecinos con niños y muchachos jóvenes, y hay veces hacían ruido que la puerta no puede evitar, las conversaciones se alcanzan a escuchar, pues solo hay una puerta de división.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la ubicación es excelente para llegar a la laguna, al centro y la terminal. La piscina muy limpia y acogedora, pero sobre todo la anfitriona muy amable y súper atenta. Sin duda voy a regresar. Gracias Federica:)

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement était propre et les couvertures du lit aussi. La salle très propre aussi. Le logement est à 10 minutes de marche du centre et la marche de retour le soir était sécuritaire aussi. Je recommande sans hésitation

We had an amazing stay at this AirBNB with our little dog as well. The apartment is great, with everything you need and the pool is also awesome and always well maintained and cleaned. The host is super responsive and sharing great local recommendations. We didn't have a hair dryer and they brought one up right away. The shower head was leaking weirdly and they quickly changed it for a brand new one. Very proactive. Highly recommend this place.

El objetivo de nuestro viaje fue ir a una boda estuvimos muy poco tiempo pero sin duda regresamos a disfrutar más el alojamiento y Bacalar! Fede siempre súper atenta de nosotros y sus recomendaciones hicieron nuestro viaje muy disfrutable!! Volvemos pronto!

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

La casa Nanis es súper cómoda y agradable, todo está limpio y ordenado, cuenta con los servicios de la descripción, la Sra. Nadime está siempre al pendiente, tiene muy cerca el centro comercial, los autos quedan seguros. Quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La villa, aunque pequeña, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajada. El desarrollo tiene pocas casas y, aunque hay mucho cristal, la distribución está bien planeada para que ninguna casa mire frente a otra, así que nunca te sientes expuesto. La alberca común es muy agradable, pero sin duda lo más valioso es la cercanía a la laguna, con acceso exclusivo para huéspedes y residentes. A solo 5 minutos caminando (aprox. 400 metros); eso sí, el acceso es en bajada, con escalones bien formados, pero puede ser complicado para personas con poca movilidad. El muelle es pequeño, sin palapa, pero los árboles cercanos ofrecen justo la sombra necesaria. La anfitriona es simplemente la mejor: atenta, rápida en responder y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, incluso con cosas fuera de su control. Sin duda, es una joya. Nos vamos dejando regresar pronto. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. 10/10

Staying at this home in Bacalar was such a special experience—it truly felt like a little sanctuary. The house itself is absolutely stunning: every corner was thoughtfully designed, aesthetically gorgeous, and filled with charm and warmth. It had such a peaceful, elevated vibe that made it hard to leave. The location was also perfect—just a short distance from the lagoon, but tucked away enough to feel calm and private. What made the stay even more amazing was the responsiveness and kindness of the hosts. They were quick to help with any questions or small issues that came up and even went above and beyond by helping me find a local swimming teacher, which made my stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, serene home base in Bacalar that feels curated and cared for, this is the one. I’d return in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved this place. The house was more beautiful and special in person. We were really immersed in the jungle, so many big windows! It was simple and elegant. The lighting is amazing. The kitchen was great, we cooked a lot. The dock, kayaks, etc all perfect. This is such an amazing spot. We saw a coati, so many birds and butterflies, fish, insects (one scorpion, but they're not so dangerous). We REALLY appreciated how environmentally friendly this house is, and how many ways we were gently reminded to care for our surroundings. The caretaker was great, too. The water on the north end of the lake has lost its color due to humans, or so we were told, but kayaking was still great, and further south you'll find the colors. It seems like the lake can recover its color, so please, no lotions or sunscreens or bug spray or makeup when you swim. Don't take shells or snails. Be so gentle with this incredible, unique place. A million times better than the beach, we'll return.
