Clean, centrally located, and true to the description. Great outdoor area with a cool pool. Utilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a nice place - recommended.

We ve spent a weekend at Sersah's place and it was a lot better than we expected. The view was amazing, place was clean and Sersah was always helpful for anything. Thanks a lot for everything Sersah!

Excellent location for walking to the sea front to see the sunrise, or to play at the beach. Walking back from the beach, we made regular use of the outdoor shower and the washing lines in the back yard to wash the sand off and hang towels and swimwear out to dry. The washing lines are strung up in a sunny patch, with lots of pegs available, and the washing machine on the back porch has a quick wash setting that's ideal for refreshing clothing. Indoors, the bedrooms are set up well to deal with different temperatures, so we were able to sleep comfortably despite some nights being suddenly much warmer than others. Similarly the windows have a variety of shutters and netting and glass, so the air flow through the house can be adjusted easily.

We had a great stay at Okan’s place. The place was easy to find and within the walking distance to all the restaurants and historic sites. There was plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. Okan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you!!

We had the best time here! It’s a perfect location - situated ideally between gorgeous beaches and the town (restaurants and shops). Zoe’s place had absolutely everything we needed for our family and we felt right at home in her lovely place. Zoe herself was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay with our two toddlers easy and enjoyable. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend others to stay here too! We had a wonderful relaxing time at Villa Catalaya. The house is more than fully equipped, especially if you travel with children. There are playing areas inside and outside and our daughter adopted the owners cats from the beginning. As we stayed there in winter time the area was very quiet. So for us it was the perfect base camp to explore the island north and south. But most of all, Snow made our holiday very special. She is extremely friendly and helpful. All the best for her and her family. And thanks again for your hospitality!

Geweldige locatie om tot rust te komen. De kamers zijn zeer groot plus je hebt balkonen en een dakteras. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Het zwembad is direct voor de villa en kun je vanuit je terras heen lopen. Evgenii is een super aardige gastgever die er echt alles aan doet zodat je een fijn verblijf hebt. Hij staat altijd klaar en is erg behulpzaam. Ook geeft hij goede uitgaanstips in de omgeving. Al in al een zeer geslaagde vakantie. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen graag terug. Wij kunnen deze accommodatie zeer aanbevelen.

We stayed for 6 weeks at this place. Overall it was really really good. Communication was great and if there was a problem either Shuki or Ali were there to fix it. Oven is not currently working but I have said this to Shuki. I suggest to get a car because there is not much in walking distance (be aware of driving “restrictions” in Cyprus). A supermarket is approx 5 minute drive away. Also, the electricity went down 3 times during our stay but it was fine overall. Wi-Fi is okay but if you are two people working can be a bit difficult sometimes. Apart from this, the property is really nice and we suggest it. Thanks Shuki and Ali.

Our stay at Alexandros' apartment was perfect ! The flat itself was very clean, spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. It's 2 minutes away from the motorway which is very handy, going to Ayia Napa and its surroundings only took 15min by car. There was also a dedicated parking slot in front of the entrance. 10/10 ! Concerning the best part of the stay : Alexandros' has been very welcoming, friendly and pro-active to make sure that everything went well for us. He gave us many suggestions of places to visit and activities to do. We fully recommend staying at Alexandros' ! Thank you again :)
