Watch the sunrise from the 3rd story catwalk or spend the morning in the sand with beach access just a 4 min walk away. Relax by the pool and hot tub while those who prefer to stay dry huddle around the fire pit on the new expansive deck overlooking a beautiful lake full of fish and wildlife. There's fun for all ages in the updated game room. Dogs are allowed (under 50lbs, max of 2 dogs).

Ideal spot for fishing, kitesurfing/surfing, marshland nature walks and beach enjoyment! Named after kitesurfing "downwinder," this home welcomes water sportsmen and poolside readers alike. The neighborhood is a quiet mix of rentals and full-time residents with beach, pool, and tennis court just steps away. Constructed in 2022, the home was built intentionally with guests in mind. Our goal is to maintain a space that's immaculately clean, clutter-free, and comfortable for a carefree getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy 1 BRM lock out with the amenities of the full house in this new construction right on the Canal minutes walk from the Avon Fishing Peer. Fish, Kite or surf in this best in the countrly destination for watersports. Relax at night on one of the spacious decks, watch the wildlife on the canal, grill and chill. Perfect place to spend a short getaway off season. When you book this unit, the rest of the house stays vacant, just you there.

Everything is at your fingertips when you stay at this centrally-located waterfront home. In the heart of Avon only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, Avon Pier, and more with easy walk and bicycle access to it all. Enjoy the good life in this new construction built in 2022 and relax with sunset views over the Pamlico Sound, direct access to the water from the property with provided kayaks and paddle boards, and boat/ ski owners may keep vessels tied up in the protected canal out back!
