オーストリアにあるサービスアパートメントのバケーションレンタル

Eines der besten und schönsten Unterkünfe die ich / wir hatten. Die Location war passend. Die Unterkunft liegt ”privat”. Man kommt zu Fuß gut zu Restaurants, Shops, ... Die Ausstattung in der Villa top, sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der private Seezugang ist zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Schöner, gepflegter Steg inklusive Liegen, SUP‘s und ein Trettboot. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Es wird schnell reagiert, wenn man ein Anliegen hat, dieses auch prompt bearbeitet wird. Klare Empfehlung von uns allen :)

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, die Wohnung geht nach hinten hinaus, so dass man auch keinen Lärm von der Straße hat. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn schnell zu erreichen, der Weg zur U-Bahn dauert keine 5 Minuten. Zum Spazierengehen ist man schnell am Donaukanal und kann von dortaus auch in den Praterpark laufen. Unser Gepäck konnten wir am letzten Tag nach dem Auschecken dort abstellen, was auch sehr hilfreich war. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden :) Danke für die entspannten Tage, die wir bei euch verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time staying at Christiane's place. We rented the top floor apartment which had some absolutely amazing views of the mountains and hillside. Christiane met us when we arrived and explained everything. She even shared a few toys and a small play area with our children. The house was completely spotless and had everything we needed. It was a mere 10 min to the small town nearby for cappuccinos and fresh bakery. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Our 1 year old daughter began to run a fever on the train to Salzburg. Our train would arrive after closure of pharmacies and the next day was a public holiday. Kerstin went to a pharmacy for us to get baby medicine, which was so so kind and helpful. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible!

Wonderful place, we stayed long term and had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and warm(I thought would be cold with those big beautiful windows :) but was warm) Very good internet for remote working. Short trip by car (15 -20 min)to ski in: kaprun/zell am see/ kitzbuhel area/ weissee uttendorf Nill family was extremely nice and welcoming and made our stay just like home! Thank you for hosting us and I hope to return soon!

Very pleasant stay. Even the taxi driver said “Wow you’re staying here?” When we arrived so knew it was a great location. Close to local shops and amenities. Very close to the Christmas markets max 30 min walk away from the furthest one. Alen was super flexible with the check in and out. Gave us a lot more time in the flat. They have a reception and laundry room in the building which is great if you accidentally leave the keys in the flat which we did (Whoops!) Thank you for being a great host Alen. Lovely apartment, we will definitely stay again.

Unglaubliche Aussicht aus dem 35. Stock. Billa im Haus. U2 Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Und als Zugabe gab es noch ein Rammstein Konzert im Happel Stadion.

The apartment we had included 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets + kitchen and a living room. it was PERFECT for a family of 2 adults + 2 little kids (1 and 3). - closed to evertying, walking distance in Vienaa - ground floor, so no strollers in elevators/stairs - 2 bedrooms - high availability for baby/toddler related products - baby crib, mattreses, clean sheets, small tub for shower, stool. Velbona was very friendly and helped us with a missing baby crib when we arrived.

Fijne studio, alles wat je nodig hebt en schoon! Mooie locatie, recht naast de kerk en toeristeninfo. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens komen! Ook fijn dat er een ventilator is voor de warme dagen. Ik ben een lichte slaper, dus een volgende keer zou ik persoonlijk oordopjes meenemen voor de kerkklokken.

Ours a month long stay. Sept 2024. The apt had a wonderful spacious layout. Long hallway leads to the large living/kitchen. Hardwood floors. Off the main hallway was the shower/sink bathroom; and a separate toilet room. The bedroom was accessible through the bathroom, and also from the kitchen/living room. Large old windows. Lots of clothes storage in the bedroom. There were too few bath towels. Upon our having inquired about this, more were delivered. The shower was a concern as it did not drain well, and water leaked at the base of the glass panel. But all was attended to, rectified by the hosts promptly when we notified them of the issues. With warmer/summer temps there can be outdoor cafe/people noise until very late. Once the weather cooled, noises calmed down. Steady stream of cars on street below, all coming from Mariahilfer Strasse. Perfectly located with walking everywhere. Many wonderful cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Walk and you will find. Elevator. W/D

Es un lugar fantástico para hospedarse, las instalaciones increíbles! Un trato muy amable y atento, sin lugar a dudas volveré.

Fantastic place close to the Nassereinbahn. Easy to communicate with and Bert helpful. Place was very clean.

El apartamento está genial, muy limpio y nuevo. Contaba con todo lo que necesitabamos para nuestra estancia, incluyendo una trona y una cuna de bebé. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un sofá en lugar de las dos butacas que había.
