The bungalow is located in the CBD of Wollongong, 2 min drive to all amenities, beaches, restaurants/bars and cafes, 10min walk to Wollongong railway station, buses and Wollongong Hospital.

A perfect getaway in a comfortable, airconditioned 2 bedroom bungalow with its own private pontoon, balcony, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is endless sporting equipment, such as a dingy with an electric motor, large canoe, kayaks, SUP’s and a dartboard. The bungalow is unique as it has an extra seating area to relax and look over the lake especially on sunset. Lake Bennett is supplied with safe drinkable bore water throughout the home. Lulu's Cottage is charming and spacious, with 2 queen-size bedroom (the Main with ensuite) and the third with 2 single beds (can be King but MUST be requested at time of booking) located at the front of the house. The living area to the rear leads onto a large covered back deck where you can relax overlooking the leafy garden. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and is a short easy walk to/from Bowral Village. No Smoking and minimum 2 nights stay.
