Enjoy our recently updated bachelor basement apartment, with seperate entrance in Port Hawkesbury. Within a walking distance to restaurants, activities, shopping, walking trails and NSCC. Enjoy the comfy queen size bed with the privacy of a divider. Fibe wifi with Amazon fire TV and Fibe cable. Full kitchen, dinning area, spacious bathroom, living room, washer and dryer. Welcome to Goldie! This gorgeous century home has been restored with period correct updates and modern flair. Located approximately 50 minutes from Antigonish. The cottage is at the end of a nearly uninhabited street. Once you reach the end of the road you will discover a quiet three acre peninsula with nearly 1300 feet of ocean frontage. You will have this parcel of land all to yourself. The property has two rocky beaches! One is a secluded cove. Other side is open ocean.

Picturesque. On a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Causeway. As soon as you walk in through the main entrance there is a spacious sky light that welcomes you to our Home. Paved driveway that can accommodate 4-5 cars. Spacious 1 floor home. Well kept home. Very clean throughout. Large Open concept dining room & kitchen. Sit at the kitchen table and take in the Straight of Canso. Breath taking view. Use the home as a HUB and take your day trips throughout Cape Breton.

Outside you will find a large yard, fire pit and recent constructed 12x19 screenroom. Pets are welcome but there is an extra cleaning fee.
