Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. Enjoy a night or a couple of nights here with us.

Littlefoot Tiny House

Tiny house complete with small kitchenette and bathroom as well as an outside shower and bath. The cabin can be configured with a superking bed or 2 single beds. Peaceful rural setting just 4 km from the iconic Whangamata beach. Sealed road for cyclists and just 2km from beautiful bush walks and waterfall. We are a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens. There is an organic garden and orchard. Self catered but continental breakfast can be supplied on request at $12.50 per person (cash).

A great base to explore this incredible area and then relax after a busy day of hiking, beaching & enjoying the local hospitality.

Eclectically styled, we're very proud to say we were featured in the December 2016 edition of NZ House & Garden magazine and have been Airbnb Superhosts since the programme began over ten years ago.

We lived in Hawaii for many years and Pau Hana in Hawaiian means end of the week, time to relax with friends or family. Two kms from beautiful Kuaotunu Beach and famous Luke's Kitchen.

Hillcroft cottage is a small self contained cottage within our large garden on 16acres of land. There are 2 resident Labrador dogs, cattle and hens. Continental breakfast is provided.
