Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden
It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Explore Edinburgh from a Grand Georgian Home
Ground floor 1 bed Georgian drawing room flat in the heart of Stockbridge. Deluxe king size bed that can be made into twin beds if you would prefer. Separate bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Bright spacious living room with concealed integrated kitchen. Perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. You have the flat all to yourselves. We live just a few doors away from the flat so if you need anything during your stay, just let us know. Stockbridge truly is a village in the heart of the city, with everything Edinburgh has to offer right on the doorstep. Edinburgh is best explored on foot so bring comfy shoes and be prepared for some hills ! Taxis and buses are however plentiful with a bus stop right outside the flat taking you to Leith where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia. The heart of the city is a comfortable 20 minutes walk from the flat and to the North, Edinburgh’s stunning botanic gardens are only 15 minutes by foot. Parking outside the Flat is free on single yellow lines after 5.30pm and there are no parking restrictions at weekends from 5.30pm on Friday until 8.30am on Sunday morning. Metered parking is available in the neighbouring street. Meters operate from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Stockbridge is right on your doorstep and on Raeburn Place you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and food convenience stores. You can walk into the heart of Edinburgh ( Princes St and the castle ) in 20minutes from the Flat. Edinburgh’s botanical gardens are also just a 15 minute walk away.

Unique Edwardian studio flat
This quaint and unique place is close to Dunfermline town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Guests have the use of the property owners garden and patio. The flat has it's own rear access with security lighting. PLEASE NOTE this property is over 100 years old and has lower ceilings of 195cm.

Tucked away in the heart of the city is Spey Courtyard, which is a bright modern fully equipped 1st floor apartment, newly renovated to high standard with a private entrance and free parking for one car in a private courtyard on the doorstep. My apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a 50inch smart tv with Netflix, super fast unlimited broadband, wifi, coffee machine with coffee , tea, sugar and milk, Gas central heating with instant hot water and double glazing.

FRESH AND CLEAN APARTMENT ---STIRLING---
Immaculate new build apartment (2019) which has been newly furnished and decorated to a high standard in January 2021. The apartment sits beneath Stirling Castle (15 minute walk), with a view toward the National William Wallace Monument (10 minute drive) and the stunning Ochil Hills. There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for guests looking to visit Stirling and further afield for work or leisure. It's a beautiful, stylish, cosy holiday space for 2 with an ensuite shower room and self catering cooking facilities. A perfect romantic hideaway with doorstep parking, a private entrance and access to the family's large beautiful garden. The countryside apartment is set in mature parkland with a beech lined driveway to the house.

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.
