Triple Nickel Getaway is a country setting approximately halfway between Athens and Marietta along beautiful state route 555 in Washington County. It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. It is suitable for couples, business travelers, families and anyone who wants to enjoy the breathtaking beauty and history of southeastern Ohio.

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Walk to the 18-hole golf course and pub, or take a 15-minute drive to state parks including Old Man's Cave. OU is 20 min. on 33. No bonfires.

Mill House A

Mill House A is another great unit in our beautiful home. The smallest apartment in Mill House offers plenty of privacy and close proximity to campus. Relax in the comfy living room, or on the big deck overlooking our old mill on the Hocking River. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or left alone.

Water's Edge Apartment

Wish away your worries while staying at our Waters Edge Apartment. This space is located on our family property. Spacious 37 acre with a 6-acre pond centered in the middle. Star gaze at night and enjoy peaceful walks during the day. We are less than a mile from downtown McArthur, close to all the amenities. Just a short 30-minute drive to Old Mans Cave entrance and 22 minutes from Lake Hope. Feel free to fish in the pond. No swimming allowed. Catch and release only.
