安全な環境と良好なアクセス。 タクシム広場から歩いて5分くらいで急な坂道もありません。 学校の向かいなので治安も良いです。 清潔なベッドでゆっくり休むことができました。 小さなエレベーターがあり、上階で大きな荷物があっても安心でした。 シャワーのお湯がちゃんと出ました。 おすすめできるお部屋です。

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Hüseyin was very quick to respond and helpful in all matters Would love to come back again

staying in Ida's room is much benefit - clean room with full amenities - close to everywhere by walk - responsive host - nice guy in the reception area must think : - place a bit smaller for 3 ppl. suitable for 2 - pls dont bring too heavy luggage i feel bad with the guy who help me with the luggage. overall i love her room if i had chance to stay long term in Istanbul will revisit again. thanks

He gave me so many information about hidden places of Istanbul. He is the most wonderful and kind person I have ever met. Also, Uskudar is so beautiful and peaceful place. Staying at this apartment was a wonderful experience. Parmida and her team are very kind, helpful and responsive at all times. Stayed here as a woman alone and it was quite safe to come back at night The house was very clean and cozy, matched all the descriptions. They do their best to provide anything on request such as towels, iron, sim card, Istanbul card, etc. The location is right in the heart of the city, sooo many great restaurants and cafes around, Taksim square, galata tower and so on. Bus and metro station being right in front of a building is very much appreciated. All in all, even though it's an old building, it has all the amenities one would need during short or long stays, perfect location, friendly staff, great service. Highly recommended. The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy to access to some of the main tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is also a tram stop right out the front for easy commute to other areas. The accommodation is basic but is comfortable for a short stay in Istanbul

Great hotel with amazing view, no traffic to reach to the hotel , service is good stuff are friendly and always they do what ever you ask for 😍

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

A great place to stay- 5min from Hagia / Blue Mosque with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just around the corner. There is also a laundry next door with a 2 hour turnaround time. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with very good English. Room was very comfortable and quiet with good air-conditioning and a good shower. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty with many options. If I return to Istanbul, I'd definitely stay here again.
