Very convenient location near the Metro Rail. Very clean and dog friendly

I had booked a different AIRBNB for my stay but due to issues needed to find another place to stay. I had inquired about this house before my trip but choose another place due to the many steps here. Fortunately, Clinton's place was still available so he was able to get me in the next day. I was traveling with my dog so it is not easy to find an AIRBNB to accommodate a 40 lb dog. I will say my dog loved the back yard ! There is a upper back deck so she was able to be on the deck and look over the neighborhood. There are a lot of steps as this is a traditional bi-level house. The coffee bar was very much appreciated and very well stocked. There is a Ninja coffeemaker that will prepare drip coffee or you can use the Keurig. House was exactly as described and very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite, while still being a very close drive to all kinds of shops and dining. Host was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Scott communicated well before and during our stay. We loved the location so close to Rice Village. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Honestly I believe the home is better than the pictures. So much space and very open. Javier was very responsive and friendly. Great host!

Kendra's home was truly amazing. It's situated in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants and venues. The home was exactly as described in the listing, which was a great reassurance. Kendra, the host, is amazing. She provided a list of local spots to visit, tailored to our preferences. A+. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Houston. Be was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. There were a couple of times we needed to reach out to her and she was responsive and helpful. Overall, everything you need to know is on Airbnb. The home was as described and exceeded expectations we had from the listing. The kitchen is super well appointed - stocked with starter supplies needed for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. The bedrooms very comfortable. The bathrooms all renovated with modern fixtures. The place we loved the most was the outdoor area. Many doors out to the backyard, beautiful pool, several seating areas, all very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within a few miles, were a lot of restaurants and retail outlets. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this kind of home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The backyard was peaceful and was a nice spot to relax. The heated pool was a great bonus, especially on cooler nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was just as described. We'd definitely come back!

This was the perfect gathering place for our family. So much for the kids to do!! HTX Pad's was so responsive and patient when I asked questions that they had already sent me instructions on! Kind host and perfect - provided extra TP/Paper Towels/Pool Towels/ Pool Floaties/ Make-up Removal Wipes - all the things most rentals do not provide (One paper towel roll and you're on your own is what we're used to, but not here). My wife and our three kids stayed here. The place is very spacious which makes it comfortable for a family of five or more. The pool and jacuzzi were both clean and clear of debris. My kids took full advantage of the pool. The host was very accommodating we were short on bath towels and once I notified her about the issue she was able to have us some there within an hour. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay with friends for my Birthday. Adriana and her husband were friendly, thoughtful, and absolutely went out of their way to make sure our stay way memorable. I would absolutely stay at any property they have with airbb. The home itself was clean, beautiful, and in a great neighborhood. Perfect for a getaway with friends and family.

This is a great place to stay! The Airbnb was spotless and was well decorated Phuong was a great host - he was super responsive and kind! He also stocked the Airbnb with everything that we could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. There were some great walking trails as well.

Came in town for business and pleasure. I wanted a peaceful and stress free stay. This property was everything I thought it would be and exactly what I needed. Spacious enough for the four of us, yet cozy enough to feel like home. The house has a beautiful rustic feel to it and the area was very quiet and serene (just like I like it, lol). With the spacious backyard there is something for everyone to do and enjoy. Ben was very nice and responsive. When anything was needed he made sure it was there in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.
