The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

The Douglas on Third - Corner Suite #14

**PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AVAILABILITY - WE HAVE MULTIPLE ROOMS!** The Douglas on Third is a small boutique hotel located on the second floor of a beautifully restored 100-year-old building, thoughtfully updated inside and out. As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, intimate rather than oversized, with nearly everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.

Norblad Hotel - Deluxe King Suite *Located Downtown*

The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious guest room featuring a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Included in this suite is free wifi, a comfortable seating area, and the communal kitchen located down the hall. It has its own private bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, and walnut counter top. While we allow pets in some rooms, this suite is not pet friendly.
