I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

We had a lovely and comfortable weekend stay at Irish and Marvin's place. Felt like home and everything we needed was there. 💕

O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
