Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.

Enjoy a sunrise from the water's edge, fish, swim, float, and kayak, then relax in rocking chairs and roast s'mores around the fire. The cottage is on the Cove at Brook's Lake, an all sports lake, with the dock accessible to pontoon boats. It's small - 675 square feet - perfect for a couple or small family. Note there are many steps to bring you down to the house at water's edge.
