This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

A tranquil, shady escape for those looking to slow down and breathe or your launchpad for White Mountain adventures.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Sunny Waterfront Cottage at FarAway Pond

Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire table & bright cottage with Japanese soaking tub, (small) +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

This charming one-room cabin features an electric fireplace stove, cozy sitting area, full kitchen, dining area, double-size bed, and full bath. Its vintage New Hampshire theme makes it our most romantic cabin! Enjoy access to a private beach, playground, outdoor fire pit, BBQs, and lawn games for all ages. Dock space upon request, availability, and additional fee. Guests can take advantage of our kayaks, canoes, and SUP boards to explore the beauty of Squam Lake!

Themed bedrooms, pool table, ping pong, cornhole, firepit, etc. Large yard. Lots of hiking trails local, great foliage, and many other Lakes Region attractions are close. Separate shared 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock,etc

Squam Ice House - Lake Front AirBNB

This Airbnb in Holderness NH has unobstructed views of Little Squam, and access to a private beach right across the street with picnic tables and swim raft. It’s perfect for your next vacation offering endless opportunities for relaxation, adventure or ice cream. Once a horse barn, this 1500 sq ft has been fully restored in 2021. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the Ice House Creamery is attached to the Airbnb where we make our own homemade ice cream.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
