Παραδοσιακή μονοκατοικία από ξύλο, πέτρα και παλιό τούβλο σε βόρειο προάστιο 4 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη των Τρικάλων και 23 από τα Μετέωρα, που θα σας μείνει αξέχαστη, πολύ άνετη και για 3 οικογένειες, χωρίς να χρειαστεί να κοιμηθεί κανένας σε καναπέ ή κοινόχρηστο χώρο Διαθέτει ακόμη μπάρμπεκιου, γυμναστήριο, κλειστό γκαράζ. Είναι μεγάλη η χαρά μας όταν οι επισκέπτες μας φεύγουν ενθουσιασμένοι από την μεγάλη άνεση που βρήκαν, την καθαριότητα, την φιλοξενία και την ξεχωριστή διακόσμηση του χώρου.

Lake view apartment

The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

Το "Πατρικό" είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι του 19ου αιώνα στο Κατωχώρι Λευκάδας, δίπλα από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό γι' αυτούς που επιζητούν ήσυχες διακοπές σ' ένα αυθεντικά παραδοσιακό τοπίο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εύκολης πρόσβασης στις φημισμένες παραλίες.

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

..Traditional Vacation House..

The rooms are each equipped with two single beds, closets, air conditioning and television. Each room also has its own bathroom. A large kitchen and a living room (both rooms also have air conditioning) complete the house. The large terrace is the perfect place to spend a cozy evening. The accommodation is located approx. 4 km from the city center. Surrounding sights such as the Meteora monasteries can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε δραστηριότητες για οικογένειες, νυκτερινή ζωή, δημόσια συγκοινωνία, , αεροδρόμιο, αρχαιολογικούς χώρους, 3 χλμ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: κουζίνα, άνετο περιβάλλον, η θέα, η τοποθεσία, ο κήπος.
