The compact, sunny Workshop studio apartment is 7 min walk to Arrowtown's vibrant main street, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Semi-self contained. A miniature kitchen has essentials for breakfast and pre-prepared meals and your own bathroom with very generous shower. Iron bedstead bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, windows capturing views of Wakatipu's dramatic landscape. Set in beautiful gardens, surrounded by an old fashioned hedge. Separate from the house but you are always welcome.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
