Das Haus ist ca. 45 qm groß und verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essraum sowie einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Wand optisch abgegrenzt ist. Der Wohnbereich geht per Glasschiebetür in eine Ostterrasse mit Gartenblick über.
