I stayed at Sacha's Airbnb with a friend for nearly two weeks, and we were both very satisfied with our stay. Sacha is an excellent host – communication was great, he was flexible, and he always ensured that we had everything we needed. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, spacious, and provides ample room for a longer stay. It is very close to the beach, and all essential stores (supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants) are just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend his place to others and would certainly stay there again when I return to Rio. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay, Sacha!

Nous avons adoré cet Airbnb! L’espace est grand. Nous avons beaucoup aimé relaxer dand les hamacs et la vue est magnifique. Santa Teresa est un quartier super charmant. Plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande fortement!

Amamos estadia na casa da nina, tudo limpo e organizado, a casa tem bastante utensílios na cozinha pra quem gosta de cozinha, nós particularmente quase não usamos pq comemos fora, mas o ap é ótimo e muito perto da praia! Restaurantes e padarias ótimos na rua. Amamos de verdade obrigada 💕

Apto aconchegante, organizado… sabe aquele simples que conquista a pessoa? Assim era o apartamento. E a localização acessível a tudo . Digo que a minha estádia foi perfeita . De certo, eu voltarei sempre .

A Experiência foi incrível que tive nesta acomodação. A Valéria e Andréia são totalmente solícitas e muito educadas, sempre respondem com muita gentileza e agilidade, realmente se preocupam com os hóspedes. O local em si é um charme, muito bem equipado, tudo novinho e bem decorado, a equipe do prédio é fantástica, de fácil acesso para aqueles que estão de carro e sem, bairro é bem seguro e bem próximo da praia de Copacabana, Ipanema, Cristo (você consegue ver) e parque lage. Em frente ao apartamento está a lagoa, espaço maravilhoso para aqueles que gostam de correr ou fazer esportes assim como eu. Por fim, existem diversos restaurantes e comodidades em seu entorno, fiz tudo a pé e não gastava mais do que 10minutinhos. Para aqueles que vão ao rio, essa acomodação é perfeita, a melhor que já tive indo tantas vezes a cidade, voltarei sempre!!

Really enjoyed my stay, great location near the beach. Check in was easy and the place looked exactly like the photos, would definitely stay there again.

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.
