Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η φιλοξενία μας ξεκινάει κατά την άφιξη σας στο λιμάνι, όπου θα βρισκόμαστε για να σας καλωσορίσουμε και να σας συνοδεύσουμε στα δωμάτια σας. Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται σε μία ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις 700μ. από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να γνωρίζετε πως η πλησιέστερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 300μ. ενώ στα 30μ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για την ευκολότερη μετακίνηση σας.
