Historic University 1 Bedroom!

Newly remodeled property in historic 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Enjoy a bright & spacious floorplan w/ high ceilings. Large eat-in kitchen w/ all the essentials for long & short term stays. Sleep tight in a huge master bedroom w/ super comfy king bed. Tastefully decorated thru-out w/ Murphy bed that additional guests can enjoy! Hot location that definitely wont disappoint!

Accessible Private Studio, Entrance & Parking.

Private room with own entrance, bath, patio, parking & supplied kitchenette. NO Cleaning Fee. Pets for a single fee. Not recommended for day sleepers. We have 2 small dogs. We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Wheelchair accessible 16'x12' room w firm double bed, mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, pans, dinner ware, Keurig, blender, roll-in shower, ADA toilet, safety bar, ramped entrance, carport/patio parking & smoking area.

Huge Swimming Pool with a Cozy Cabin to Stay In!

Peaceful, quiet nature retreat just outside the city. Chill out in the huge pool* (only shared with main house) & relax in a remodeled frontier cabin with hiking & mountain biking right out the front door, 5 mins to stores & restaurants. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

West-side Trailhead Retreat in the Sonoran Desert

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. If booked, other listings may be available: Quail Crossing Casita or the Bird's Nest Glamper.

The Coop- Luxury guest house with ideal location

This luxury guest home was originally a chicken coop for a farmer over 60 years who owned the majority of the land in the area. With an addition and a complete renovation, we have designed this for the perfect vacation rental ideally located in Tucson. 15 minutes to Banner and the U of A. 10 minutes to Oro Valley or the freeway. The stylish guest home is separated from our home and designed with privacy in mind. Enjoy this brand new house for your stay with experienced hosts.

Fast WI-FI, Cold AC, No Cleaning Fee, Comfy Bed!

Cold AC mini split ! Efficiency guest suite features a PRIVATE entrance and it's own H-VAC system, ducting is not connected to the main house. PARK near the door. Kitchenette with microwave , bathroom with skylights to illuminate . Quiet middle class neighborhood. Close to I-10, 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Located in NW Tucson, near Marana and Oro Valley and Saguaro National Park. Please send a brief message when booking about the nature of your stay.

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
