Enjoy this peaceful retreat with views of a mature forest and the San Francisco Peaks! Deer and elk graze across the ravine outside your bedroom window, and hummingbirds drink nectar from the abundant wildflowers. This is a really special spot! Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes. 

Chalet Noir Flagstaff

Relax in this romantic, peaceful space with the perfect Flagstaff view. The dark night sky and quiet neighborhood will let you rest deeply and feel recharged after visiting the Grand Canyon, snowshoeing in the Coconino National Forest, road tripping to Sedona, or summiting Humphreys Peak. With the San Francisco peaks just outside your door you can be the first hikers/skiers/snowboarders up the mountain (1 mile to Snow Bowl Road) and quickly access the town's best hiking trails. While not technically a treehouse, this log cabin is 79 steps up, sits above ground level and is surrounded by ponderosa pines! Once inside this cozy and peaceful home, you'll feel like you're in your own private treehouse. Located in Kachina Village, just 8 miles south of downtown Flagstaff, you'll get to enjoy dark skies and quiet evenings while being close to all of Flagstaff's attractions. Please note that you DO have to climb all 79 steps and cross a foot bridge over Pumphouse Wash.

2 hours from Phoenix, our home has a huge 1,000 sq ft+ great room that's perfect for families or quiet get aways. It sits on 2 acres of natural country landscape in a very quiet part of northwest Flag. Our home is 1 min to Snowbowl entrance (entering the opposite way of traffic), 10 min to downtown Flagstaff and 1 hr to the Grand Canyon. The large front patio has a gas fire pit that faces the San Francisco Peaks and offers amazing views. Our back patio has a hot tub and no city lights.
