The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. The beaches, Redwood forest trails, and grocery stores are within a five-mile radius. This home is a guesthouse that sits about 50 feet off the back of the main house. There is currently a shared yard that is not fully fenced.
