“Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

Such a fantastic place to stay in. Place is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Rooms and living area has plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. The area is so beautiful and peaceful with the water right at your door step and shopping centers and restaurants a short drive away. I would definitely recommend booking and will be definitely re-booking every time we are back in Adelaide. Thank you to Janelle for being so accommodating and great communicator.

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Easy check-in and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Charming home suitable for families. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach ( and a sneaky after dinner gelato), however far enough to escape the busier times of Jetty Rd. Pool was perfect the kids. We will be back ! :-)

Especially loved the view from the balcony. Had all our meals out there. House had everything you could need. Very clean and tidy. Nice big kitchen. Hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

Fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away—our kids had an amazing time! The bedroom and bed were well-sized and very comfortable, and there was plenty of parking available. I'd definitely choose this place again if I travel to SA in the future.

Stayed in April 2025, just want to say huge thank you to the host for this absolutely stunning place. Was presented clean, tidy and presentable, Also right next to the beach with great fishing too. Great price, we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. To anyone who is looking to book their next holiday. I would highly recommend Port Vincent and this lovely home. We will be back. five stars.

Great spot to stay with two young kids. Phillippas place had lots of plastic plates and cups which was great plus a porta cot and high chair. All these items makes it a lot easier packing. great location. 15 min walk from the splash park or just a 3 min drive. 6 min from town center. Also found it very reasonably priced too.

Home was comfortable, clean, great location - host was responsive and friendly - would stay again.

Breathtaking View! Calm, clean, and perfect for a relaxing escape. My special needs child felt so at ease here and truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The host was lovely and welcoming. We’d love to come back!

We had a last minute weekend free and were lucky enough to book Sandy and Grant's place. We wish we had more time to hang around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

This cottage was wonderful, with secured yard front and back for our dog. Great spot, walking distance to parks and restaurants and shops. 5 min drive to beach which was beautiful, full of birdlife and pelicans. We loved our stay here, would highly recommend and would return!.

The perfect spot! We had such a beautiful stay and did not want to leave! Everything about our stay was great, the house had lots of amenities including great coffee! We loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the water each morning. The property felt very private and we had our own private access to the water, we felt like we were in Noosa! Emma was a fantastic host and very responsive. We started our trip with unfortunate timing as there was a blackout affecting the entire Yorke Peninsula over a very hot couple of days. Emma was so accommodating and let us postpone our trip to the following weekend. We also had another hiccup when we arrived to the property when we realised there was no gas. However Emma again was very responsive and was quick to have a new gas bottle dropped off and connected making it no issue at all. We had such a lovely weekend, thank you Emma!

We loved our stay at Moonta Bay. Good sized rooms, great space for the doggo, lots of different and nice spaces to eat meals, short distance to the beach and I could go on!

A wonderful heritage building, beautifully restored and very comfortable. Easily accessible to all facilities, great walks and opportunities to relax on the verandah and watch the sea. Very responsive and welcoming host and surprised us with eggs and bacon and milk, fresh bread and butter as breakfast provisions. Would be very happy to stay here again.

My extended family and I had a very enjoyable stay together, we did come across a few small issues and advised Jessie of these so hopefully they will be fixed, otherwise, we loved the location and the fact we could all stay together.
