The Hidden Humboldt Rose is located in an ideal setting for a trip to Eureka, located in the Myrtletown neighborhood. Next to Redwood Acres and Sequoia park/zoo, We are nearby St. Joseph Hospital, a veterinary hospital, convenience stores, bar, restaurants, gym, grocery stores, and dispensary. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two off street parking spots. The Bayside Farm

During travel I look for character and authenticity, and I hope to offer these to you during your stay while you visit our beaches, redwoods or the University. Private studio has a separate entry next to our 1904 farmhouse-queen bed, WIFI, private bathroom, kitchenette with electric tea kettle, airfryer/griddle and microwave. I provide organic/local coffee, cream, tea, sugar and will have some other goodies for you which will not be restocked during your stay. Please non smokers only and no pets

As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.
