Great property and friendly staff, awesome location to enjoy Vaca

Fantastic place down the street from the Kierland Commons. Located a couple of blocks from a golf course, the place and neighborhood is beautiful. We loved the backyard - such fun for the kids to play several yard games. The hot tub was great and easy to open and close. The place is modern and has everything you can possibly need. Great iron and ironing board and big closets to store suitcases. The host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the WiFi. The host also went above and beyond by sending me an item I left through the mail the very next day. I highly recommend this place - it is a gem in the beautiful Scottsdale area.

We had a fantastic time at this rental! The house was cozy and inviting and super well-stocked. Jess was a very responsive host, checking in and out was simple, and the digital guidebook was so helpful.

Great location and the house was as described. It was great to have three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. That left the fourth bathroom dedicated to the fourth bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. We think it is a great practice to leave behind condiments and other useful items. Paul, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Brad was responsive and helpful. His home was incredibly clean, and the amenities were fantastic. My partner and I had such a relaxing stay. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

absolutely wonderful home for a nice weekend getaway!! came down with friends and enjoyed the Nascar race. home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful location with a quiet neighborhood. the home has plenty to offer for all ages to enjoy! very homy feeling and relaxing. Host was very pleasant and nice. very quick to reply with any questions and informative and helpful!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice getaway from the busy life. Would definitely come back in the future if available!

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

This duplex in Roosevelt Row was convenient for us. We knew we’d be driving all over the Valley, so it was centrally located. We traveled with two young kids, and the pullout couch worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The private backyard patio was nice to have, too. Flour was a fun coffee/pastry stop down the street, and we could have walked to Pizzeria Bianco. We’ll def look for this spot again on future trips!

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

Great location and good place to stay if you will be out and about doing things. It is somewhat secluded from the owners home. Would stay again. Bring own toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap. It’s listed as an amenity, which it is provided in tiny little bottles. Not an issue for those with little hair… but I have lots of it and didn’t pack any since it was listed as an amenity at all of the places we were staying.

We loved our stay here! It was so cozy, quiet, and private. The place was so clean and we appreciated the amenities like bottled water, chocolates and wine. The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable for our two dogs. We would stay here again when we come back through Phoenix.

Victoria’s house is a very nice place to stay. Everything is very functional in this house and very well organized and prepared for your convenience. It is very easy to get in touch with the owner through the text in the app. Amazing place . I would definitely rent it again. Thank you Victoria.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

A great stay with Charles! felt nice and homie. upon checking in late he was all smiles and my check in was smooth. The place was very clean, and very well stocked with anything you might need from the kitchen to the bathroom. over all a great stay.

This was a great location to get to golf courses and old town for our friends bachelor trip. The house was perfect for us and very clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and basketball hoop! Bee was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Bradley's house is exactly as advertised, which is refreshing. If you want spend time outside and enjoy a pool and outdoor living, this is the place for you. The pool is a lot of fun with two slides. The shaded gazebo is great to just hang out and get out of the sun. There is adequate seating and lounging. We used the grill, which was nice. Would highly recommend.

The spot is nice and comfortable the parking and access through the backyard are awesome.

Had a great stay! Loved the pool. Lots of towels and felt roomy even with sleeping 7 people. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. You could find just about anything within 12 minutes.

Great house in a great location. Very clean, the backyard pool area was lovely, had everything we needed and the host was great! Would recommend to any family, even with small children. We were very comfortable in this home and will gladly return.

We had such a great stay for our first time in Arizona and with two young kids. We are ready to book again for next year! The pack n play has a nice padded bottom for our one year old, there was also a booster seat for the dinner table and a stroller if we didn’t bring ours. And SO many kids toys for them to play with. Also - don’t pack any puddle jumpers or pool toys for kids ( we have a one and 4 year old) like we did as they have that all! The heated pool is amazing even though the temperature was in the high 30s(Celsius) we needed the heated pool for the kids! Also - ignore the review about the pool in the shade as we had sun the majority of the time with a little shade on half of it in the later afternoon which was nice to not get sun burnt. We were so happy with our stay and can’t wait to stay again next year!

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful week long stay here. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet and close enough to Olde Town that we were able to walk just about everywhere. The master bed was also so comfortable, we slept great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space for a small group! The pool and patio were great for our day in the sun. It was perfect to get to any bar or restaurant quickly. Everything was easy to find and the host was very responsive. Overall great stay!
