We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Beautiful jacaranda trees line the streets of our neighbourhood and it is just a 2 minute walk around the corner to the local cafe strip in the well known Ardross St Village, and a 5 minute walk to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty, with lovely views across to the city.
