Amazing place and host was incredible to work with. We had 3 families staying on this stay and everyone had plenty of space and the resort is absolutely amazing! Thank you for such a great time in a great location! well worth every penny!

We loved staying there as a family with our dogs! Everyone had space to sleep and it was a great gathering place.

This was a fantastic place for our group of 11 adults and 3 kids. There were lots of beds and multiple king size beds, which we like. The bunkbeds are sturdy and didn't make noise when you moved around. The place was very clean and I was shocked at how many bathrooms there are. Each sleeping space has its own bathroom. The pool is small, but perfect, since it is private to your group. About half of the pool is shallow and worked out great for 3 & 4 year old kids. Both the pool and hot tub were in working order and clean. The places next to you have a similar pool setup and you can overhear conversations or kids playing but that did not detract from our fun and we knew they could hear us too. We didn't go to the larger community pool, but that is a great option to have. There is a great space on the rooftop for watching sunrise or sunsets. Don't miss that! Try the Mexican food from the place near Texaco if you get a chance. great place. I would stay here again.

The house was beautiful. It had more than enough room for our group of 8 to feel comfortable. There were gathering spaces but yet room to “get away” if we needed to. We had a few items during the week that we needed and/or questions about the house. Rachel always picked up when we called and the issue was resolved literally within minutes. Very impressed! The community swimming pool was so nice! We went several times and loved it. We felt safe there and the location of the home was easy to get to and very convenient. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at this property! Home is in a safe upscale community. While neighbors are close, we still felt a lot of privacy in the backyard and view off the upper deck is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were clean and outdoor fire pit was nice on cooler nights. House layout was great with a lot of space to spread out. Centrally located to Zion and several state parks. House is about 10-15 min from most restaurants and grocery stores but a welcomed trade for peace and quiet at the property. Host and homeowner were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! This place is tastefully and brightly decorated, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. Loved the large, open, well stocked kitchen, dining and family room areas. We found plenty of places to sit and gather for meals and play games together each night as a vast array of games and activities were available in the unit. We never got to venture down to the community pool and pickleball area because of the weather, but our kids especially loved swimming in the private heated pool and playing the arcade games, and my grandson loved the giant blocks! The bunk room was a big hit! There was just so much to do and not enough time to do it all. Even with the weather not being the best, I think we could have just stayed inside rather than playing at the dunes and enjoyed every bit of what this place had to offer. We also really loved the 3 car garage to park in. Bonus: Rachel and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Definitely would come again! 😉

Mike and I had a great time at your place. We sat out on the patio every morning and looked at the mountains. We took lots of walks in your neighborhood and talked with a few of neighbors. Your place was perfect for us while we were visiting our daughter and grandsons. It was nice meeting you while I was there. Thank you.

We had wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property itself was stunning, we wish we had more time to utilize all the amenities. The house was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our family. The hosts were fantastic – always available for questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their attentiveness. Our family had such a fun time, and we would definitely recommend renting with Red Rock.

Wonderful stay for a group of 14. Comfortable and spacious with enough mattresses for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Hot tub was huge plus as well. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with large group

Excellent Airbnb! Co-host was very helpful, responsive and attentive. The condo was in excellent condition and very well maintained and clean. Exceptional! The heated pool was a plus along with the recreational toys (ping pong/foosball/table shuffle) in garage. Furniture, beds and linens were in excellent condition and very clean. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place….. As of 10/24 there was still a lot of construction going on inside the complex and street signs are different than Google maps, but once it’s all completed, it will be a great location for trips to St George Utah. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was very comfortable, especially the beds & the pool was a lot of fun on the warmer days. The neighborhood was very quiet & it felt safe. We will definitely stay here again! Niki & Sheldon were both very responsive & informative hosts.

The customer service Red Rock provided was a 10/10. I messaged them a few times over the weekend and they responded quickly every time. The lagoon/pool area is amazing! We’ll be coming back for sure.

Our large family enjoyed our stay here. It accommodated all of our needs. Zion national Park was a short drive away. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back to stay on our next visit.

Incredible property for a family Easter getaway! As someone used to staying in 5 star hotels and resorts all the time, this property has made me reconsider some of my stays to Airbnbs as this property made our trip 10x better than any hotel could have done! The multiple living rooms (one on first floor and an additional on the second floor) made for a great way to relax with different groups and provide a way for everyone to watch/do what they desired! The rooftop grill and hot tub were a highlight of our trip! I HIGHLY recommend this property for your stay, incredible value too!
