This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

The 'Bishop' is the second floor of a two story duplex. You only several hundred feet from a wide sandy beach and jumping in the Atlantic Ocean, you will find yourselves in a vacation paradise. Spend the day on the beach, then come back to your cottage freshen up and enjoy the wonderful restaurants, then come back home and gaze at the sky.
