Tawnya was very receptive and quick to respond. Because of the wildfire in the area, AirBnB wouldn't allow her to confirm us until the morning of our stay. Instead of trying to take our money, she made sure we were okay with keeping the reservation.

this is a hidden gem. have been to pinetop for years and never knew this little resort existed. cute property and great amenities! we will be coming back and bringing our kids!

It was such a beautiful place ! And everyone was so nice. Great service and the inside of the cabins are beautiful!
