Spacious and luxurious villa with a fantastic sea view and a large swimming pool (shared with the villa next to it), overlooking the gulf of Koundouros.The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets towards Cape Sounio and relax by the pool. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door.

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa of 165m2 with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience. The villa is build in two levels, surrounding the villa there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas, as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Family house with a sea and sunset view

The house is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent of the other. The house looks over the Bay of Koundouros and is ideal for those that want to be close to the sea (about 300 meters). The property is on two levels and has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. Outside there is a large terrace, front and back and balconies outside the bedrooms, from where one has a great sea and sunset view.

My place is just a few metres (40-50) from a small "private" beach, and very close to other beaches, just a 5-10 min. drive and you reached Porto Koundouros or Poises beach. From almost every aspect of the house you get great views to Aegean sea. You’ll love my place because of the light, the coziness, the view, the feeling of peace and tranquility it offers. It is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
