⭐ Perle rare ⭐ superbe logement, Très grande terrasse de 60m2 avec barbecue, transats, mobilier extérieur... 1 grande chambre avec lit Queen size. 1 salle de douche avec double vasque. lave linge. cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, produits de 1ere nécessité. Canapé lit dans salon. Proche centre ville, sans les nuisances sonores, plage de sable et plage de galets, proche transports en commun, train et bus. Le logement doit être rendu propre. Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . "La belle Vie"!

In the heart of Old Nice and close to the beaches.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Renovated studio + sunny terrace in great location

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Apartment with terrace & panoramic sea view

Situé dans un ancien Palais Bourgeois , 3 pièces très lumineux avec une magnifique terrasse de 25m2 surplombant la Baie des Anges avec une Vue Panoramique sur Nice , son Port et son Château . Véritable Havre de Paix, votre séjour y sera très agréable et romantique .Les plages sont à 300m (10/15 minutes à pied ) .Les commerces sont à proximité . Le parking est gratuit dans la rue. En signe de bienvenue , un Panier Garni vous est offert pour vos premiers petits déjeuners sur la terrasse .

Il s'agit d'une petite maison indépendante dans un environnement de campagne avec vue sur la mer au lointain (plusieurs espaces extérieurs) Nous habitons une maison à côté mais nous sommes très discrets. Un espace cuisine est à votre disposition au rdc de la maisonnette en plus du coin petit déjeuner à l'étage où vous trouverez de quoi manger et boire pour deux matins Nous connaissons bien la région et pouvons vous conseiller pour des balades, baignades en rivière, lac et mer...

Bright beach flat in the heart of Juan les Pins

Bright, renovated 2 bedroom apartment in a superb location less than 100m from the beach in central Juan les Pins. Close to the restaurants and bars of the Pinede and the train station, the ideal base for a beach holiday on the Riviera! The building is one of the oldest in town, built in 1921. The vintage style and the original parquet from the 20s makes you live the atmosphere of La Belle Epoque. All three main rooms are provided with independent a/c.

Studio , 14m2, équipé de wifi sur fibre optique , (salle d’eau, lave linge,kitchenette, mezzanine-couchette, fauteuil convertible en 1 très bon lit ,tv.)dans une résidence calme, dans l’arrière-pays cannois. A 3km de Valbonne, à 700m des commerces, à 4km de Sophia Antipolis. Vous l’apprécierez pour son environnement, son calme, sa piscine et ses courts de tennis, proche des plages. Ce Logement est parfait pour les vacanciers comme les étudiants.
