All amenities are within walking distance and an electric transport vehicle is also provided. An upmarket retail center is close by with access to banks, bars, restaurants, a spa and a supermarket.

The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.
