Door on Airbnb side locks. The outdoor space includes a deck with dining area equipped with LED lighting, pickleball court, 2 Hammocks, firepit, charcoal grill, Umbrella, Tiki Torches. There is a family room with queen size futon and TV, a large bedroom w/queen bed, closet, desk and dresser, NEW egress window, kitchen w/ fridge, microwave, oven & coffee maker, and a full bathroom.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!
