It is a lovely, newly furbished, fresh, bright property with a private garden nestled beside woodland and located in the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. Situated in Scotland beside Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

Fully equipped seafront cottage. Central heating, fridge, cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dining area, outside sitting area. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. We are passionate about providing an eco-friendly experience for you - organic and locally sourced items wherever possible.

Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie.
