Perfect Location: 1 bedroom Condo 400Mbps Internet

Angelic Premier Residences is close enough to SM, Korea town, restaurants & bars, but far enough that it's not too noisy. The building has gym, 24-hour rooftop pool, and a sports bar with a billiards table. There is common parking in front of the condo on a 1st come 1st serve basis + additional parking lot across the street. This is a fully-fitted 1-bedroom apartment with easy check-in, 2 x Netflix TVs, 200Mbps Fibre Optic Internet, 1 x King-size bed, one fold-up single bed and a comfy couch!

A cozy 10th Floor Studio Unit facing Mountain Arayat, located right in the Center of Angeles City's entertainment district. Just a 6 minutes walk away from Fields Avenue and Walking Street’s bars and attractions *FREE Daily Maid Service*included as well as quick internet & NETFLIX. Considered one of the more upscale condos in Angeles City as well as one of the tallest. 3 pools located in this condo building as well as access to 2 gyms and other pools for free. Look at the view/ balcony.

Enjoy a peaceful stay with your loved ones at this 38-square-meter studio with a queen-sized bed located on the ground floor, just a few steps from the restaurant, and featuring a balcony overlooking the pool. TV channels, a smart TV with a Netflix account, and a dedicated router/Wi-Fi are all available. Basic kitchenware is available in the kitchen. The service includes cleaning and changing the bedding and towels every three days. Please message us for the cleaning schedule.

Very popular compact 28 sqm (201 sqft) studio with 4 sqm balcony comes with: Split aircon and ceiling fan. 200+ Mbit/s fast fibre internet with Gigabit router in the suite. 55 inch LED TV with Netflix and HD cable channels. Combination safe in the wardrobe. 20 meter lap pool with Jacuzzi. Twice weekly cleaning and change of Sheets and Towels. Daily cleaning available (additional charge). Suite I2 is on the first floor and we have NO elevator. We have 24/7 security guards.
