It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

The place is very well maintained and the bathrooms are really clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to people.

We stayed for 8 nights here. Every day, we found something new to keep us involved. Kayaking, badminton, cycling, driving the scooty to ride the ferry, sitting on the beach for hours and watching the sunset. There are limited options for vegetarian food around but we found some good places. The host also suggested local places to visit, loaned us his personal scooty to ride around the town, and visited us to show us where everything is kept. It was hot, very hot, there but the place just calmed us down. You can walk on the grass barefoot or enjoy the swings or just watch the birds flying over the lake. The host is very helpful and makes you feel right at home.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Nancy, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and helpful—she even cooked us a delicious meal! The coffee was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!!
