The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Pineapple Bluff...your riverside retreat

Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. On a large lot dotted with palm trees, you will capture the tropical essence of Florida. Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

Majestic River Gardens

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Sunset Casa

Relax with the whole family in our fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this clean and comfortable space makes you feel right at home. Enjoy a fun game room in the garage and a spacious backyard perfect for kids and dogs. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, especially when using outdoor areas. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.
