Okay, so we just got back from our stay at this little gem, and I had to rave about it! From the moment we booked, Shubham was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was smooth as butter. The apartment itself? Seriously cute! It’s exactly as pictured - maybe even more . Everything was spotless and it felt so homey and welcoming. The budget room was a major highlight - we spent a lot of time out there sipping coffee and just relaxing. The location was awesome too! It was so easy to get around and explore all that Marol Andheri has to offer. We walked to Airport , and it was a beautiful stroll. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Andheri Marol , look no further. This Airbnb is the real deal! We had such a great time and would definitely book again. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

Had planned a surprise proposal for my partner and also her birthday party. The complete event was amazing. Videesh and Mohit were super helpful. Not only they helped in arranging the place as per my requirements but they also ensured that I get help in all my other arrangements as well like food, decorations, etc. Thanks Videesh and Mohit, it was an amazing event. Vishwas is great host. Myself and my mom had a wonderful stay and amazing time at his place. Never felt away from home. Walking distance beach and metro station was nearby.. i would recommend everyone for this stay as it is very convenient to travel from versova to all siteseeing places around mumbai.. Vishwa is very helpful and responsive.. Tulasi didi is very friendly and sweet lady.. she had prepared chapatis for us and did all the cleaning dusting etc everyday on time.. overall amazing stay..
